SharperAgent - Now by Market Leader!
Will my account with SharperAgent change in any way?
No. There won't be an immediate changes or impact to your SharperAgent account. No billing changes, no technology changes and no product integrations have occurred to date.
We're very excited to join the Market Leader family and look forward to adding our world-class marketing content and campaigns to their existing technology platform.
When SharperAgent and Market Leader develop an integrated product offering and are ready to offer it to the real estate market, you'll have the chance to upgrade your account.
Can I get a deal if I'm a Market Leader customer already?
Not at this time. SharperAgent and Market Leader will continue to operate as separate products. We are excited about bringing these two companies together to give all of our customers an even more powerful marketing platform.
As soon as we have details on the integration between Market Leader and SharperAgent, we will inform our customers and work out the details of the offering for a combined platform.
When can I get the Market Leader products (and will there be a discount)?

Have the terms and conditions of my SharperAgent account changed because of the acquisition?
No. The terms and conditions of your subscription will remain the same. If SharperAgent modifies any terms of your account, we will notify you in writing about the changes as is required by law.
Will SharperAgent's services be affected by change in ownership?
SharperAgent â€“ both the product and the company â€“ will continue to operate as we have for the past 10 years. You will not experience any changes to your account, or to the service that you've come to expect from us as our valued client.
Do expect the acquisition and merger of SharperAgent to affect your day to day operations?
SharperAgent has extensive experience working with companies like Market Leader to offer unique innovations and integrations with our existing product. Our IT development staff and product management team will be focusing on how to realize our ambition of creating a unified marketing platform, but this project with be in addition to, not replacing, our normal operations.
Will SharperAgent continue to operate as a standalone product?
Yes, SharperAgent will continue to operate as a standalone product for the foreseeable future.

Market Leader believes there is a clear and growing demand from industry leading brokerage firms, franchises, and top producing agents for one comprehensive, integrated software solution that meets all of their business needs.
By incorporating Sharper Agent's outstanding marketing and printing solutions into Market Leader's comprehensive real estate software platform, Market Leader hopes to offer a complete lead-to-close business solution to agents be more efficient, professional, and productive. As a result, both Market Leader and Sharper Agent expect that this combination of two industry leaders will be a big win for all of their customers and for the real estate industry as a whole.
How many contacts can I upload? Will I be charged more for additional contacts?
SharperAgent subscribers pay a flat subscription fee. You are not charged based on the size of your contact database. Users can add up to 25,000 contacts to their accounts.
Can I email as well as send direct mail?
Almost all of the pieces available in our marketing materials library can be sent both via direct mail or email. If you want to create a property flyer for your new listing, post it to the web, send it out via email, and order professional prints for the yard sign, you can do so from a single file in your SharperAgent account.
Can I pay monthly and cancel at any time?
We now offer a month-to-month subscription plan that can be canceled at any time. Please see our product selection page for more details on your subscription options.
How many emails can I send through my account per month?
SharperAgents subscribers have the ability to send up to 3,000 email per month. Our service is intended to be used for permission-based email marketing.
What are your hours for technical support?
Our live, in-house customer care team is available to answer your questions Monday â€“ Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time.
How do I reach technical support?

Why do I have to give my credit card information for a free trial?
We require free trial users to have a valid credit card on file so that we can provide uninterrupted service to your SharperAgent account. If you elect to keep you account after the trial period, you won't have to do anything. Your card will be billed at the amount you elected when you signed up. You may cancel your account online at any time for no charge during the 30 day trial period.
How many different types of marketing materials do you offer?
